what are the best ftp hosts/webspaces?

i need ~300 mb for music n stuff, is there even that much space avi for free??

e.g. things like gmx, where u can upload 1 GB

for example : http://freehosting1.net/free_ftp_hosting.aspx
but free hosting sux, for few euro/month u can get really good hosting with no lags, transfer limits, spam etc.
