Journals
Good evening good journal reader. I have found myself in a huge dilemma.
I have a maths exam 9 AM tomorow morning and the problem is that i have NO idea what any of this means. I didnt pass this class last semister, and now, at the end of the second semister it seems i wont pass this time either, which means if i dont get kicked out of college now, i will have to sit through this same class for the third time after summer, which doesnt really interest me at all. So my question to you dear reader is: If you understand any of the stuff i will show you (see link below) could you tell me a way to memorize some shit, just to pass atleast half of the test (50/100 score) any easy trick to do it or sum ? becase theres no way i will understand maths in one evening, but there might be a way to learn somethign that will help me "lotto" through the exam. I have a pretty sophisticated calculator which is said to be able to calculate maths on a far higher maths degree, so it should be compatable for this.
I will be thankful to you for all eternity, and who knows if i can reward you somehow if you help me ! (L)

i just write down at every exam the rules and stuff into my calculater and np4me at the exam ;)
only texas 2000 :DD
but it owns
<- loves
solve(...,x)
and stuff like that :D
EDiT: then again who reads the question xD.
By looking at the equation its just algebra = http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/gcsebitesize/maths/algebra/simultaneoushirev2.shtml http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/gcsebitesize/maths/algebra/
But it's really too late to work on that, cause it seems that you're a mathematics-chump.
do you need to have the answers to this test and you pass or what?
For these kinds of maths all you need to know is some standard rules and standard formulae. Things like
c) Sigríður lagði 150.000 kr í bankann 31. desember sl. Bankinn greiðir 6.7% ársvexti. Hvað á Sigríður mikið eftir 4 ár?
Can be calculated very easily with the standardformula for exponential growth
H = b × g^t
where b = the start value and g = the growth factor and t = time
H = 150.000 × (1.067)^4
Edit: Fine, i read your comment and i saw the "Sigríður lagði etc.." part, which is an icelandic sentence and is about a chick named sigríður depositing money into the bank, and i thought you were making an example of some shit and that you could speak icelandic or sum, and was declaring that i was seriously afraid of you, because you could speak icelandic and i actually really was quite shocked.. then i look through the whole exam, and noticed that at the bottom and therefor edited :D
well actually i can read what it says partially :D but i can't write it or something
I mean it'd be an awesome job.. you don't seem to put an effort into being allknowing AND with my ID you'll be swimming in babes (H) :LOS
Sounds great to me, eventhough I'm only one year older (1991 hUh). You must feel pretty superior.
And yes, you are superior when you're '91 and goin after a '92 and not to mention '93.. everything in iceland is expensive...extreeemely expensive. Except for the women, they are among the cheapest in the world :D
this is not even 6th grad middle school...
just cant read the things asked in the test
For example:
You distribute the - and the +3 using multiplication:
4x - 3 + x = 5x + 3x + 6
Simplify:
5x - 3 = 8x + 6
Clean up one side, so add 3 to both:
5x = 8x + 9
Subtract 8x from both sides to solve for x:
-3x = 9
Divide by -3:
x = -9/3 = -3
Hopefully I ddin't make a stupid mistake. :D
O_o
