Kinda funny questions:
1) What's his nationality?
2) How do you pronounce his surname? With Hollenshead like in sh*t word ( :XD ) or more like Hollens Head?
Couldn't find his biography anywhere on teh internetz, so I have to ask to the most helpful community in the world - to the XF community! ^^

i'd say hollen shead personally, but i'd guess dependent upon nationality
