I heard a story that microsoft cut off last SP3 because of some incompatibles with another software, but i didn't see any problems with last SP3 released which was totally rtm version.

Few days ago microsoft has officially released their third service pack on Microsoft Download Center and has been uploaded to Windows Update and Microsoft's servers.

For those who still didn't download and want to update their systems here are the links: English, German, Hebrew, Polish, Russian,

This service pack contains all previously-released Windows XP updates, including security updates, out-of-band releases, and hotfixes released since August 2004.
There are reportedly 1,073 fixes in SP3, and various performance improvements. (they say so)
