fear is the scariest game you're gonna find... Doom 3 was so predictable :< Omg dark hallway 2 steps zombie prolly gonna appear behind me oh whoops it did meh :p
Bioshock is ok aswell although it aint that scary it's still somewhat creepy :>

less predictable then doom3 :P even tho the climaxing sounds did give away when the silly girl was gonna appear :o) But admitted it only scared me for the first half hour which is still longer than doom, which entertained me for bout 5 mins after which i just started hopping round the levels ::D
