and the other reason you want them to get yellowcard isnt valid since you allowed them to use 2 mercs. in worst case scenario they would get a yellow card for mystic's fakenicking and even so, you're only complaining about it after the match which is quite stupid imo. I see no reason for them to get forfeit loss out of this. I wouldnt promise not to play cb on such weak basis.
If the player would have been allowed to play, but was not on the Allowed Players List then the clan and player receive a Yellow Card. (we allowed wing to play, but he wasnt on the allowed player list)
1+1 = 2 + they maybe broke some other rules too, drago played 2 matches with MPG n stuff and mpg is still playing in EC.

You allowed them to play with wing. Sure there is no rule about mercs in EC (and technically you can simply add a player at any time during the game which defeats them even being a merc (gg getting rid of the 24 hour rules, stupids!) but you did allow it so why whine afterwards.
As far as drago playing for MPG goes, can't say anything about that, haven't followed this EC much.
* Yellow card : This card is given out for small rule violations. When a yellow card is given in some cases a match result could be changed in favor of the opposing player. Other then that this card mostly is a warning. A second yellow card is to be considered as one red card.
* Red card : The match in which they received this card will be changed into a forfeit loss. In some cases this card is handed out together with one or more player bans. A second red card falls in the category 'Two red cards' below.
* Two red cards: A player that has been given two red cards will be kicked from the cup. In some cases a second red card is handed out together with player and/or an entire clan ban(s) for 1 or more seasons.
Only 1 card can be given for each match. In case of several violations only the most severe card will be handed out. However, all extra punishments for each of the rule that was violated are still applied. When a player is given a red card all previous given yellow cards are removed."
