Lost demos!

Ok so! im about to make a fragmovie, I just had to sort out my Hardmethod-demos, guess what! I cant find them! I only have some offi-demos! Is there any way that i can watch myself via someone elses demos?

You can see other players POV and you can change various settings + you can see lean

Well its easy , you press tab where you can see playernumbers , you look at your number and then typ /follow nr in console
