most sunny place in europe

I heard on the radio this morning that Belgium has the most sun and highest temperature of 27 C. Everybody thinks that Spain or France is warmer but it isn't! Beat that!!! :)

I like when it's 20-25C, I don't need more. Norway, Sweden or Finland > the whole south europe for me, and if in Belgium is warmer than in south europe, Norway/Sweden/Finland > Belgium too.
