I got used to it when I had weaponbanks binded instead of leanbuttons on q/e, now I binded leanbuttons and Its hard to cancel panzer from normal leanbuttons, always have to press f + a/d xd

I'm amazed at the amount of people who have +attack on mouse1 :O

anyways, I have a g5 so lots of mouse buttons to bind (since you can also tilt the mousewheel left and right):

mouse1 = +speed (i.e. the "walk silently" button)
mouse2 = +activate
mouse3 (push wheel) = /kill
thumb button = command map (I use it a lot :p )
tilt wheel left = knife
tilt wheel right = resettimer
mwheelup = syringe (or instant arty for fieldops)
mwheeldown = pistol

and yes, it took a lot of changes and testing to arrive at this setup :p
+forward on mouse2 is sexy :D do you use only 2 fingers for strafe and +back? (instead of keeping 3 fingers on wasd as most people do)
