Black holes suck up and compress all material they can reach. Time in the centre of a blackhole is infinite, therefore we actually have never even existed once we've reached the centre of the black hole. So yes, your right, and no, you aren't right. Since it kills us before we enter the centre, it kills us indeed. But as soon as we've reached the centre we aren't killed, because we never existed. It's too weird to imagine, but math tells us this :P
