avi from desktop

Hello, so Im in need of a program which could capture an avi from my desktop. I have my last exams @ monday and i need to make a presentation, I found right videos at website simillar to youtube, but I cant DL them like movies from youtube. So plz help me, I need something like fraps but to capture a website movie. heeeelp :/

EDiT : k problem solved, its camtasia studio :DD thanks guys ;)

Just search the movie on youtube. Btw, there was a program which you could use to download from pretty much every vid site.
