Main duties & responsibilities:
Helping customers by phone, email or online chat
Working closely with the business channels, providing feedback and process improvements
Helping keep site content fresh
Work on ad hoc projects for the business
Analyse gameplay and monitor fraud reports
Core Skills:
Ability to prioritise
Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
Good PC skills especially Word and Excel
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Education & Experience:
Experience in a customer service/commercial environment an advantage
An interest in poker/gaming/online technology an advantage
Honours leaving certificate in English with the ability to draft appropriate literature/communications for our customers.
I also hope they dont check my history on my account or otherwise they will think im a gambling bastard0
Its on the ipoker network if your familar with it,ladbrookes and 365 are on ipoker.

The questions were pretty easy tb really honest.I answered a couple well but my mind went blank when he asked me how do i handle difficult customers.
I apolagised for my blankage and came up with something not too bad.
Overall i was satisfied about 7/10
