what programs needed ?
Plz post some tutorial links !

I want to make the lay-out with photoshop and I know how to do that already !

photoshop and notepad ( w3schools.com - start with HTML then CSS and after that XHTML )

got some sites aswell ? And is Java or anything a usefull program for a site aswell ? I'm going to make a site for a company so it needs to look professional

If i were you I would just get started with Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 & look for a tutorial. Afaik Java is only used for dynamic websites. Dreamweaver is mostly used for static sites, it's a lot easier and it still looks pretty nice imo.
