Eurovision 2008

So the Eurovision kicks off tonight with the first semi-final, the second being on the 22nd. Who's gonna win it this year? I have 5 Euro on Ireland to win!

Different format this year, 19 countries in each semi-final, the top 9 (plus 1 wildcard chosen by the jury) progress to the final on the 24th.

I think most people will appreciate that we're taking the piss out of the poxy thing. The competition was actually half-decent (or maybe quarter...) before they introduced televoting, nothing to do now but say fuck you to it.
