PayPal to Moneybookers?

Is it allowed to transfer money from PayPal to Moneybookers?
I've already googled around but couldn't find any reliable answer.

well for some jobs in the army they do background check on you and they ask you stuff like that, and they know if you lie or not and they can summon you to a polygraph check :O)

I'm not going to open an account nor use it. i've got a paypal account but the one i'm doing business with uses Moneybookers so i wondered whether it's possible to transfer the money from my PayPal to his Moneybookers account or not.

doesnt work... but you can withdraw your money from paypal to your bank account and transfer it from there to your moneybookers account then.

easiest solution imo
