a friend of mine recently bought a lcd tv ( 700 € for a 40" 7500:1 tv )
and ever since seeing blu-ray on that tv i was sold.

So i decided to buy one myself , but i was wondering what to look for in lcd tv's

1080p is Full HD

those 1366*768 are not full HD and are only for 720p

Take one of the new samsung 6-series. They're so niceee... They have the looks and the technique.

Bought it 2 months ago. Well I look on, HD that it had one + HDMI and others connectors. Then just read some review about TVs. Sony and Samsung are best.

I like those Philips LCDs with Ambilight... maybe it's overrated, but nice thing anyway. Btw buying a LCD TV is almost as hard as buying a LCD monitor, so try to find some reviews by google or check them by yourself in some shop.
