Hello everybodi, what did you do on your mothers day?
Did you do anything for your theoretical mom?
How much did you spend?

I can say I myself talked with my super expensive mobile subscription for almost two hours and helped her setting up a laptop quite nicely.

You must celebrate mothers day different to us then :)
We celebrated it United Kingdom here on the 2nd of March and our family also celebrate the one in Australia on the 11th May.

no, you don't get it
i actually wanted to say that in my opinion you would have to exchange "different" by "differently" (= adverb of the adjective different)
so this would change "celebrate mothers day different" to "celebrate mothers day differently"

thats all :D
i'm not sure though!

Afaik Sweden is (one of) the only country/countries that moved mothersday to this date. And the main reason was because they wanted mothersday be held when it's warmer and closer to summer!
