Use internet download manager and use "save last FLV file"

find a program/browser plugin to save flash content, cause it's obviously a *.flv file and then you can convert it to avi eg. with SUPER http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

A program called Orbit (Download Manager) should get it for you np, downloading it just now.

Think rafiki solved it though :p
