Help with a movietitle PLIX

Ok Crossfire this is a tricky one.
My friend reminded me of a movie we had watched a while ago, and I got this urge to see it again but I need the title so.. I'll try to describe as much as I can remember!
Basicly it is a comedy about a serial killer which swaps the rental-videos with his own made videos where he says something about him going to murder them while they watch the tape, which he also does. All in a comic fashion.
Need the title plix. The one giving me the right title wins a surprise!
