Recovery Program

So in job school we got a very important subject which is called "Dataprocesses" and our teacher told us that datas you deleted are still somewhere on your hd. Also he told us that there was a program able to find the whole data and recover it 100%.

Please provide me some links for such a program! I'm too lazy to google. :) Thanks!
