it was a top secret weapon design by israel, there are only few pictures of it and rly no details :<

got released under another name, dunno it know though (coz it were in a game I played some years ago).
It was like AK 79 or smth like this

The text of it was "Modified AK for the Israeli Secuirty Service, its using 5,43 NATO instead of 7,68 ammunition"

but the name isnt ak since its not ak :O)
