We should play the quarterfinal match today at 21, but after I've turned on my PC I saw that our opponent got a forfeit win.
Why?
Because Aksil is on the Bimbot List from 9.05.
The problem is that he played his last match in the OC one day before the list was published.
Should I know the future and do not allow him to play in this match? The funny thing is that NawoR took this decision only because our opponent (earthquake) whined about him, he didn't even check the demos.
NawoR told me that this list is a 100% proof. Of what? That someone was cheating in some official match (one more time - without checking the demos)? If yes, why those people from fusenlists etc. didn't get removed/banned? And where is Aksils CB-ban?
The only one intelligent thing from Zell was:

Therefore this guy should be banned 3 months on Clanbase from the date that the ban is processed.
When reading the rules (http://clanbase.ggl.com/cheating.php?lid=6550) a player is not allowed to play IF HE IS BANNED. Its therefore the date from when bulld0g or donex have processed the ban which tells wether he is allowed to play or not.
Concerning your forfeit, it is by the rules a completely wrong penalty. As I said before, there is no proof that he have been using hacks in any official match and therefore the following rule applies:
Anyone caught cheating in a public server or an outside league, will result in a ban only. Results of any ClanBase games in which they have participated, will not be changed.
Yes I was bored, hf with it.
We finally got some sups that are taking actions against cheaters. This is the way it should be done. Fuck the chiefs they are not helpful (at least not to the ET sups most of the times). Now we got some sups that want to make their cup free from cheaters and then you start to say do this do that.
I support zell and nawor! This is the way to make the OC clean!

Rules are there for a reason and as a supervisor you can't trespass them. That's like the police putting someone behind bars before he is sentenced to it by a judge.
