Hellow i has some problem with movie quality

if im editing in vegas theres nothing wrong:

but after i rendered it @ vegas and i want to opene it in my avisynt script @ meGUI i have this weird horiontal 'stripes' over my screen

you have to render it with progressive scan or something.

You can set the quality of the video-preview, its located up to the preview window.
