underlocked pentium 4

Hello i underclocked my p4 3.2 GHZ to 2.4GHz cause it was too hot and now its ok for play ET but sometimes when i boot the pc it wont start i know it come from the underclocking how to resolve that?i put higher voltage(its 1.4V default)

oh and if someone know what reprensent temperature 3 in cpucool let me know its over 105°C :O

proper fan => no underclocking neccessary => happy bouncer

Put a van on it. Check if there is enough cooling paste on you processor. Put some of paste on it.
