internet and fps lag

When i wanna play at some etpub or nq server again like back in ze old days, and i wanna play with the same cfg i use for etpro i have huge lags... Are there any commands i have to change when i want to play at etpub/nq ?

so more hitboxes which can lag to different locations is good?

imho simple hitboxes are better
