cauz in oblivion daedric stuff is med max.

you can, if you select only mage classes in the tutorial and keep on using the skills until you reach lvl 100 for every single one....
(also select light armor as primary skill - lvling sneaking should also be done - just when the king say "let me rest a little longer" press "auto-walk" while sneaking against the wall - works well)

if you then exit the tut and start sleeping on the other side of the river you can lvl int and wisdom quite fast...

after you've done so just travel to empire city (or how ever it was called, can't remember right now), or ? dunno, maybe it was another city

buy the astronatch-summon skill so you do not have to fight on your own, but to be sure, just buy the touching lightningskill.

now you only need to get part of the mage school and on the way there you'll have found some glassarmor for sure(already after lvling in the nearest by dungeon)

edit every single part of the glassarmor at those shrines(you'll have to have bought the camelion skill before - lvl of the skill doesn't matter, but try to get 30%)

add camelion to every single part and try to reach 90% invisibility
now you only have to cast 10%-camelion skill and sneak non-stop.
Because of lvl 100 sneak you do some impressive critical hits on the oponents, which will not attack you at all.
Or (because non-lvled weapons dmg sucks) use the touching-skills to ill oponents.
have been able to kill most oponents with a single charge.

now tell me again that it's not possible to get tough in that game^^
