all seeing eye problem

i know there was a journal 2 days ago or sth. but i cant find it.

so i got a problem. i cant find any servers anymore with my all seeing eye. if i give it an ip its no problem to ping the server and connect. but if i try to find any public server ase says no wai cause there is no connection to the scanner and if i say i want to try another scanner they are all 9999 and i'm told to check my connection :<.

any idea? perhaps i just have to reinstall but wanted to ask before i lose my server lists :<
