Spamprotection - Timelimit

I wanted to beg the admins to lower the Spamprotectiontime again! :-(
30 seconds are way too much, the previous one, 15, was fine! :)

yeah 30 secs is way to long, I even have to wait sometimes when I want to post smth usefull :(
