hey,
i installed a wireless network today here at home and it works like a charm for my iphone and my sister's laptop.
for me however, it keeps disconnecting every couple of minutes (it's random).
we're all on windows xp.
i don't have any problems on other wireless networks.
the router is a D-Link DIR-615 (link)
i checked in the router's settings, but can't any 'fix this goddamn router' option :)
any thoughts/info/... would be appreciated.
cheers

in my case it was cuz we had like 3 laptops on the wireless and my brothers iMac which is obviously alot stronger than my HP kicked me off
dunno if thats in ur case , maybe reset the router ?
:XD
but i'm alone on the network now, no iphone/other laptop and it still crashed
happen if the computers are connected to not secure network or if the distance is too great (in my case it was both xD)
and floor lvl?
i bought this router cuz it should be able to cover this distance easily.
my iphone has no problems from here and my sister is further away and has no problems.
when i'm upstairs it shows 4 outta 5 bars and says: very high
