My problem is that everytime I start ET, my r_picmip goes to 1, but I use it as 3, its in my configs "3" and i have reinstalled my ET, but the problem just persists.

if u set the rights at the etconfig to "not writeable" it might work...dunno though
else just add as a startparameter on ur et shortcut: +exec autoexec
config should be exec'ed on a et startup then
btw, @ stetong: whats the config size? if its too big you might get problems..shouldnt be over 16 kb afaik
put some useless stuff into other configs, you need to have many of those :p

but u need to gimme proofs that u have proofs that i aint got proofs!
When i put r_picmip 3 via console and /vid_restart, its back to 1 :DD
tested it several times!
