HOME - Is gonna be epic
WARHAWK - Amazing online only game
SOCOM - Words not needed.
METAL GEAR SOLID - Epic
KILLZONE 2 - Gonna be ace.

Little big planet is going to bring online play to a new level. The amount of customisation you can bring to it will be immense. Uploading your own content to your ps3, and then to online, making your own levels and publishjing them, it will be a great experience.
Home is more an addon, and in no way would replace life =] Basically you just control an avatar in a room you create and can look at your friends rooms aswell. Sounds dull but the great things are its free and you can orginise groups through Home and then launch into a game straight from a home group and connect to the same servers.
Socom looks bad? It's a love it or hate it game. Although most people love it, it's not your ordinary shooter.
Metal gear solid - Looks boring? Please, you just lost your entire credibility with those 2 words.
Killzone 2 - Looked amazing back when they first announced it, it was an incredible video for its time, I'm confident its gonna be even better seeing its not being released for another whole year ;)
Many games get made, have good story, decent gameplay, you finish it, you move on.
Metal gear solid isn't like that. It's treated more like an art form. Heck, even MGS1 for the playstation 1 is still probably one of the best single player games i've ever played. And i'm not saying that because it was years ahead of its time, in fact, i finished it again around 2 weeks ago.
MGS is preety much like being immersed in a movie, because it is made like a movie.
well ive played mgs1 only once and because i was like 9 back then i sucked at it :D anywayz i havent played the rest the others but i judged it by gameplay movies

MGS4 is one of the reasons i am buying that ps3 :p so xbox360 is not what i am looking for.

360 elite is about £300-400 (dont know japanese price as they didnt sell them)

it's just newer so devs need to work on the graphics still, the first xbox360 games looked like shit also.
and that the ps3 has more graphical power is fact not an opinion.

socom - only watch 1 trailer and well it looked boring and ugly ;<
mgs - why is that, i dont need to like it just because its name is mgs and that kojima guy made it. imo it looks like kinda boring
