Le Mans 2008!

Once again the mighty Denmark Tom Kristensen, together with his co-drivers Scotland Allan Mc Nish and Italy Rinaldo Capello, wins the 24 hour race at Le Mans (in the Audi R10). This makes it his 8th victory at Le Mans, the greatest ever.

In the LM P2 class, the second place is taken by Denmark Team Essex (in the Porsche RS Spyder).

In the LM GT1 class, the second place is taken by Denmark Jan Magnussen, together with his co-drivers United States of America Johnny O'Connell and Canada Ron Fellows (in the Corvette C6.R.).

In the LM GT2 class, the third place is taken by Denmark Lars Erik Nielsen, together with his co-drivers Switzerland Pierre Kaffer and Germany Pierre Ehret (in the Ferrari F430 GT).

Overall, many Danes on the podium and what a race!

The winner Audi was going on 4 stints (refulling/tires) per driver. A driver can maximum drive for 14 hours in total and 4 consecutive hours.
