ET Error..

Got a new laptop and I download the ET Ultimate Installer. The laptop is running vista... So I searched for a journal how to run ET on vista. I changed something like said in the journal and after that I was able to play but now im getting this error.... what to do?

start in administrator mode and set compatibility to windows xp service pack 2 and disable desktop styles
