basically you dont start of with a team full of superstars, you have a wage limit of 100,000 and an aquisistion fee to pay, the bigger the player the more the aquisition fee
you can compete in loads of minicups, pay 5,000 to enter and have the chance of winning about 75,000
you only get better as a manager when you learn skills for the game, to do this you have to be active in the game as it takes a certain amount of time to acheive a given skill.
i base my players on that tactic :> u can dl it on some fmudnerground site , basically all you need is very speedy wingers and left/right backs and an all round dm
