nice email layout

i've been getting loads of emails from Razer and they all look like they're a part of a website or something. they have a nice layout with banners and backgrounds and pictures and stuff. how can I make such emails????
is it something in the email opties? or do i need a special programm to create these mails? or can i use illustrator or photoshop?

ive been wondering the same for ages

like a year ago i managed to get a picture in an email though, was fkin pwn, but forgot how to do it :D
