doesn't rly matter, just make sure it's not alot of shitty carbs from sugar and white bread cuz you're energy will only last a short time and you'll be hungry an hour later. Also wouldnt suggest from eating alot of cheese in the morning since it needs like 8-10 hours for the nutrients in it to get in your system..
veggie, i can see why you dont have apotite :D i can live without eating breakfast and if i rly want to ill go without lunch - but the day is kinda ruined if you havent had lunch(atleast for me :$)
When I go hiking and long distant trips I'd most likely have something to eat, but combine my laziness and dislike for most foods I just don't eat much :{
:D kinda disturbing going on lunch - most ppl are going then aswell and since im too lazy to walk i go by car, but theres quite many traffic jams during 11am - 1pm. so i usually take whats the closest or if i dont want it i'll starve till i get off work :D during long trips the most casual food is gas station food (eg. hotdogs / hamburgers -.- )
