Samsung SM 226BW

Thinking about buying a Samsung Syncmaster 226 BW , but still I kinda think that ~ 250 EUR is pretty expensive for a monitor. I'm also kinda afraid that switching from my 17 inch CRT to a 22" widescreen will affect my gameplay in a rather negative way.

Current monitor:[/u]
+ No dead pixels (duh)
+ Higher displayrefresh (100 Hz)

- 17 inch, rather small
- 6 years old
- Takes in my entire desk ;D

- Overrated?
- Fucking around with all the different panels
- Widescreen?

i can only encourage you to switch!

a screen like that makes your pc-life much nicer.

it takes time to adapt gaming wise, but for other stuff (like movies) it's a great choice.

I think its too big and too expensive, although its pretty and nice to look at. I would settle for a no name smaller flat screen like I have now but everyones different ;p

actually no I changed my mind I would switch but maybe shop around to find smthn cheaper/better
