Id rather go through the whole game bashing every single character xD. All my armor is daedra. Except for my hat or something. Should start playing again. Was lvl 27 and haven't even ended the storyline.
God, I hate when that Dark Brotherhood member wakes you up, it's like you get to sleep for 1 hour, then he wakes you up, and the game zooms in on that tardface really fast. I almost crapped my pants when that happened for the first time, scary shit, beware!
or take the plugin "ring of saragossa" *ur be able to cast a door, to a secret area, where you can store your stuff. It also works if ur allready overloaded, simply cast the spell, enter the door, and store your stuff. Then enter the portal again, to cont. playing.
didnt play it for a while, but you can sell stuff via. drag and drop, and also with "shift + left mouse" if i remember correctly.
Good armors and weapon? Do some oblivion gates, there you get some decent stuff. At least for the beginning. Also before you get the oblivion shard, do a quick save, cause the stats on that shard are random, simply load and save till you get the stats you like.
Overencumbred means: You carry too many things. How to prevent it: Don't pick up too much useless stuff. Only the items that are powerfull or worth allot of money. How to remove items: shift+click on an item you want to drop.

By killing her, you'll also have a chance of getting invited to the Dark Brotherhood, since you killed an innocent NPC.
there are magic skills that allow you to enchant your backpack to carry more. and if you level up try to level strengh that will allow you to carry more.
From my game experience you can get over encumbered if:
1) You pick 2 heavy stuff for you to carry.
2) You get poisoned / a disease (I think crabs are guilty for one of them)
3) A burden spell.

Join Dark Brotherhood, get 2-pieces full armor (Hood + body-armor), enjoy your speed/jumps.
Go sleeping in the town's tavern, when you wake up you have 90% chance of seeing a Dark Brotherhood member in your room asking you to join.
Accept, you'll get new quests, new armors, a place to hide eventually (:D), new weapons (everything is enchanted and relatively powerful) and MONEY.
Bashing would be nice if there was MOARRRRR mobs at the same time.
Seriously, there's like max 5 mobs, you can bash them in less than 30 secs if you're a tank
In Morrowind, it was REALLY damn scary when they ATTACKED you while you sleep, really.
