downgrade or not...we all wanna see nice,close matches in this NC. New faces in this NC is ok for me. They got a chance to play for their homeland and i bet they will do it as good as they can.

"oldschool" player/teams who dont show up at matches, talking 30 mins about allowed players,whine on the server (for example Bel. vs PL. ,no offense guys) is not what i wanna see.

Let's give em a chance to give a good NC so we can enjoy watching em on ettv

The only way a nations team can't downgrade is if they pick the exact same team as previous season!
