well thats rly strange.. i mean the htibox while cpouring isn´t at the head thats normal.. but somewhere behind .. and even if he would move left or right you should have hit the head somewhen while moveing over his head/neck

Happens to me all the time... In your case it might have been caused by spread though. You moved the mouse a lot.

maybe it was just a random lag, i got this alot of times too. i see ppl aiming 2 meters next to me, i guess they see my model there sometimes :)
