Morrowind was awesome, Oblivion was shit, but you can blame it on consoles. Tho Fallout 3 is developed for consoles aswell.

1 sucked, Fallout 2 rocked to the core. I hope they keep it gorish and put shitload of sidestories and NPC's + nice multiplayer. :o)
