accelfix on vista

Does accelfix work on 32bit vista?

Is accelfix even needed if running logitech setpoint (which ive heard overides windows settings anyway..)

kk. i done it, it just copies some files then dissapears, no messages or nothin, did it work, or do i still need to run install.cmd?
