bend your middle finger and put your hand on the table (so that bended fingers middle part is pressed against table), then try to lift your 2 finger (not the index or whatever one)
for me it depends on how I write the 6. If I start from above (what most ppl do) then it gets fucked up but if I start from the middle, then I'm able to do it =)

for the cheaters that can do it, put your leg completely horizontal, lifting your foot 2cm off the floor but still flat is not correct.
