Msn Messanger!

Whenever i try and login to msn i get a message saying
"We are unable to sign you into windows live messanger at this time. please try again later"

and

error code: 80048820
extended error code: 80048412

I've tried everything i can think of but still it doesn't work.

Has anybody had this problem before and knows how to fix it?

Edit: just found out im not connected to the .NET messanger service, how do i connect to that? :p
