I was watching Eurosport 2 yesterday and they were broadcasting this LAN-event with games like CS:S etc (FIFA, dead or alive, ...). It had a several teams like (Stockholm, Sydney, Chicago,...). Tosspot even shoutcasted some games. Does this happen a lot on Eurosport / other channels?

+ I'm in need of some nice games

where can I download them?

yeah some channels in the late hours of the night (02:00 and later mostly) show some lan-event games, which is mostly warcraft 3 btw

That's theCGS, they broadcast it now and then on Eurosport2

If you watched Stockholm play CSS you probably saw Sweden feruS!
