What's retarded about it? It won't change how the site's admined - if anything it'll make things more lenient as now you're not being banned for petty things - 'n there be less discrepency between the admins.

All it be is a way of us all tracking what's going on - without having to chase everyone around. Improved functionality for admins - as the bans page was, that be it.
