Latest Gamehook

Im just wondering if theres any developments regarding the latest pb kicks.
A friend of mine doesnt have a pb ban because of it, but he simply can not play ET because he keeps getting kicked for "game hook#120120".

He tried reinstalling ET and updating pb and stuff like that, but he keeps getting kicked. He just send a ticket to evenbalance, but i was wondering if any1 else had this or knows a solution?

And keep the "uninstall hacks" comments to yourself, there wouldnt be a problem if it was due to hacks since he didnt even get a pb ban, he simply can not play ET :/

he didnt get a pb ban bcuz the server doesnt stream to pbbans (afaik)

I can play ET if i reboot my pc and start up windows without xfire and msn.
If i startup windows with 1 of them and close them or not. i get kicked.

Maybe cuz my xfire or msn isn't clean? not sure but could be possible. didn't try to reinstall both!

He just tried with the most obvious external programs disabled, no luck :(

Cupper gets kicked for it also crook, he's apparently not getting kicked for it now, but msg him @ #ALMIGHTY.ET :)
