Following on from this interview:
Went to the shop today for an interview and was greeted by some chubby guy who found me a real small stool for me to sit down on in the back room.
He asked me some questions like 'how old are you?' and 'do you smoke?' and continued to write it down on a scrap piece of paper. He then asked me do I have any experience with computers so I replied 'I've got over 10 years experience with using computers' and then was asked 'Do you know how to use email?' but I kept a straight face and replied.
He seemed inexperienced at giving interviews so helped him out filling in on some quiet timez.
----
Had a phone call this morning too from a recruitment agency saying they have a job going if I'm interested.
First of all he said it was in a factory packing/assembling garden products so I thought "cool!" then I rang back and he said it was for a company packing soft drinks.
He sent over the details and it was Monday - Friday, 12 hour shifts (6am - 6pm then following week 6pm - 6am) £6.07
He's having a right laugh there, what pathetic hours/money...
If you don't want to read my awesome day (tl;dr olol) then I will leave you with this photojournalism video clip

Edit: misread his hours, yeah that'd fuck you up :p
I'm not trying to have a go at him, but for someone who owns/runs a business should at least interview people a bit better than what I saw today.
always room for improvement :]
lol'd XDDD
edit: soundslides?
The money ain't much of a problem for me as I've worked for <£150 a week / £4p/h but for those hours I think those kind of jobs are for people seriously desperate with money/jobs :)
But I don't mind working in factories if the pay/hours are decent or working in a kennel/something to do with animals/outdoor work :)
!
All the high street banks are being cunts and ive got an interview at an estate agent next week. Hopefully i get that :D
Edit: Ok, Icelandic. :P
Though I be still living in official poverty !
