genius optcial office problem

hey m8s and retards.
im atm @my girlfriend and she got a problem: her father bought for her the "genius optical office" blablubb.
now we installed the driver but only the mouse ios working ://. what shall we do now? the driver isnt even showed on the "manager" but the programm for that object shows that its installed.

plz help, and germany will win the nc, np4us.
