a program problem

whats that one program its kinda like rivatuner, but you can make it so that
you can change you loading picture for windows. Also make certain programs run that always start at start up.

Not alot of info but if you help i will give you free secks.

yee i know but you know how when you load up windows you see windows well i actually changed that pic to something "sexxxy" and I am selling this comp so HALP.
